浅析西安中等职业院校“双师型”教师的培养途径

Analysis on Training Ways of Double-qualified Teachers of Xi'an Secondary Vocational Colleges

职业教育是开放式教育,被称为民生工程,是中国教育事业的重要组成部分。职业院校"双师型"教师队伍的建设,是提高职业院校教学质量的有效途径之一,是我国重工业化发展初期阶段的必然要求。文章在对西安中等职业院校"双师型"教师培养现状分析的基础上,提出了中等职业院校"双师型"教师培养的有效途径。

Vocational education is open education,and it is called people’s livelihood engineering.Constructing double-qualified teacher team of vocational colleges is one of effective ways to improve the quality of teaching,also is inevitable requirement for China’s heavy industrial development in the early stage.Based on the analysis of training status of double-qualified teachers of Xi’an secondary vocational colleges,effective ways of training double-qualified teachers of secondary vocational colleges are put forward.
