摘要
随着医疗卫生改革不断向纵深推进,医院宣传工作在营造良好社会氛围、提供强大思想保证、精神动力、舆论支持和文化条件的作用越来越突出,正因由此,医院宣传工作正受到越来越多的重视。如何保证宣传质量和宣传效果,达到推介医院品牌、塑造医院形象、和谐医患关系、拓宽医疗市场的目的,是每个医院宣传工作者值得深思的问题。通过调查问卷的形式,了解患者对医院的认识现状和期望情况,分析当前宣传工作的重点,为推进医院发展提供一定的参考价值。
Along with the further advancement of China’s medical reform,the hospital’s propaganda is playing more and more important role in building favorable social atmosphere,providing firm ideological guarantee,intellectual impetus,public opinion support,and cultural conditions.Therefore,hospital’s propaganda is attracting more and more attentions.How to insure the quality and effects of hospital propaganda so as to popularize hospital brand,establish good hospital image,construct harmonious doctor-patient relations,and broaden medical market is worthy of considering for hospital propagandist.Through questionnaire,this paper studied patients’ recognition and anticipation on hospital and analyzed the key tasks of current hospital propaganda,hoping to provide worthful instructions for the development of hospitals.
