摘要
文章回顾了"民汉兼通"提出的过程,指出"民汉兼通"是双语教育的目标,而不应该确定为汉语教学的目标,从双语能力和双文化能力两个方面,阐释了作为双语教育目标的"民汉兼通"的内涵,分析了双语能力和双文化能力的三个不同层面。
After the review on procession of bilingual mastery,namely mastery of minority language and Chinese,This paper emphasizes that the ultimate purpose of bilingual education is mastery of minority language and Chinese,and should not be identified as the aim of Chinese teaching.The paper has given an explanation to the connotation of bilingual mastery which was the objective of bilingual education by abilities of bilingual and dual cultures,and analyzed three different aspects of the abilities.
