摘要
利用采石场废弃石渣粉、废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫颗粒、水泥为原料,经过孔型设计、配合比设计和生产试制,研制了一种新型自保温轻集料混凝土多孔砖,并进行了墙体热工试验。试验表明,所研制的轻集料混凝土多孔砖保温性能好,其墙体热工性能完全满足夏热冬冷地区居住建筑节能50%墙体热工性能规定性指标要求。
Using gravel powder,waste polystyrene foam particles and cement as raw materials,through pass design,mix proportion design and trial production,a new kind of self-insulating lightweight aggregate concrete perforated brick is prepared,and the wall thermal performance is tested.The tests show that the thermal performance of the lightweight aggregate concrete perforated brick is well and the wall thermal performance meets the requirements of stipulating indexes in hot summer and cold winter region residential building energy efficiency 50%.
