摘要
介绍了多孔结构乳胶粒的制备方法、表征手段以及成孔机理。着重阐述了“碱酸分段处理法”中不饱和酸与交联剂的种类与用量、以及碱酸处理条件等因素对乳胶粒成孔的影响。
The research and development of multihollow polymer latex particles were reviewed with 28 references. Preparation, Characterization and hollow-forming mechanism were described. “Alkali/acid stepwise treatment method” was emphasized, and it was pointed out that the type and amount of the unsaturated acid and the movement of macromolecular segment in composite particles were the key factors to forming multihollow morphology, and the influences of crosslinkage of particle and the treatment conditions (such as pH, treatment time, etc) on the hollow-forming were also given.
