摘要
本试验旨在研究非淀粉多糖复合酶制剂对肉鸡肠道组织形态结构的影响。试验采用单因子随机分组试验设计,选取320只1日龄的科宝肉鸡商品代公雏,随机分到2个处理组,各处理组8个重复,每个重复20只鸡。处理1饲喂基础饲粮,处理2饲喂基础饲粮+150mg/kgNSP复合酶制剂F。1~21d基础饲粮采用玉米-豆粕型饲粮,22~42d基础饲粮采用玉米-豆粕-DDGS型饲粮,低温制粒。试验结果为NSP复合酶制剂F对采食玉米-豆粕型饲粮的肉鸡21d肠道组织形态结构表现正负双面效应,能显著降低采食玉米-豆粕-DDGS型饲粮的肉鸡生长后期空肠肌层厚度,改善空肠的组织形态结构。
The objective of the present study was to investigate the effects of non-starch enzymes preparation on the intestine tissue morphosis of broilers.A single factorial randomized experimental design was adopted.Eight hundred 1-day-old Cuba male broider were randomly assigned to 2 treatments based on body weight with 8 replicate cages of 20 broilers.Treatment 1 was the basal diet,while treatment 2 was supplemented with non-starch(NSP) enzymes preparation F in the basal diet at 150 mg/kg.the basal diet was the corn-soybean meal diet for the start phase (1-21d) and the corn-soybean-DDGS meal diet for grower phase (22-42d).All diets were pellets. Results were as follows:the addition of enzyme preparation F in the basal diet could influence the positive and negative effect of the 21d the broiler intestine tissue morphosis, could decrease significantly the jejunum myometrial thickness and improve the jejunum tissue morphosis.
