摘要
将禽流感H5亚型二价灭活疫苗(H5N1,Re-4+Re-5)和H9亚型(SS株)灭活疫苗等量均匀混合,采用不同剂量不同次数分别注射。用血凝和血凝抑制试验方法检测H5亚型(Re-4、Re-5)和H9亚型(SS株)抗体效价。试验表明:以较小剂量0.5ml/只,间隔21d二免能产生整齐、持久、高滴度保护抗体,据此提出鸽H5和H9亚型禽流感多价混合疫苗的参考免疫程序。
The H5 subtype avian influenza bivalent inactivated vaccine (H5N1,Re-4+Re-5) and H9 subtypes (SS strain) inactivated vaccine equivalent unifi)rm mixing, using different doses of different times respectively injection.Hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition test methods for detection of H5 subtype (Re-4,Re-5) and H9 subtypes (SS strain) antibody titer. Experiments show that:the smaller closes per 0.5ml,interval 21 day second immunization can produce neat, din-able, high titers of protective antibody, accordingly the pigeon's H5 and H9 subtype avian influenza vaccine immunization program of muhivalent hybrid reference.
