摘要
将荧光免疫分析技术、光纤传感技术、流动注射技术和免疫磁珠分离技术联用 ,建立了一种新型荧光光纤免疫磁珠流动分析系统 ,并采用荧光素异硫氰酸酯 (FITC)对系统性能进行考察 ,结果表明该分析系统设计合理 ,性能可靠 ,在临床、环保等领域有广泛的应用前景。
A novel analytical system has been developed with the incorporation of four advanced techniques, namely, fluorescence immunoassay, optic fiber sensor, flow injection, and immunomagnetic beads separation. Fluorescent isothiocyanate has been employed for the calibration and testing of this new system. The results indicate that the system is well designed and reliable. It is particularly useful for the analyses of hazardous samples, and is also suitable for remote monitoring, on _ line and real _ time analyses and in _ situ determinations. In contrast with traditional methods and ELISA, this new method has the advanges of simple operation, rapid measurement, and high automation. The new analytical system is promising in the fields of environment protection, food safety, and medical science.
