摘要
为满足光伏发电系统中大容量蓄电池和蓄电池组对充电质量和可靠性的要求,设计了一种基于控制器局域网CAN总线的模块化光伏发电控制系统。该系统由管理模块和一系列充电模块组成,所有的模块通过CAN总线互连。充电模块的个数可根据蓄电池的容量增减,管理模块控制充电模块进行充电。在系统的充电控制策略中嵌入了PI调节算法,管理模块实时调整充电模块PWM充电占空比,降低了充电过程中电压跳变对蓄电池的冲击,有利于保护蓄电池。
In order to meet the demand for charge quality and reliability of battery or battery pack in photovoltaic power generation system,a modularized stand-alone photovoltaic power generation system based on CAN bus was designed.A management module and several charging modules are composed and interconnected through CAN-bus.The quantity of charging module can be adjusted according to the capacity of the battery,and the charging modules are controlled by the management module.The PI algorithm was adopted in the charge control strategy of the system,and the management module real-timely adjust the PWM charge duty ratio of the charging modules,effectively decreasing the impact to batteries due to voltage jump in the charge process,strengthening the protection for batteries.
