摘要
介绍了一种连杆机构优化设计的方法,即从三维模型中提取有效的数学模型。首先,根据数学模型确定设计变量,添加约束条件,列出数学表达式;然后,应用计算机程序进行解算,直至获取目标函数的最优值。以一种真空断路器模型中的连杆机构为例,应用该方法设计,并对结果用图解法进行验证,确定其为最优值。该连杆机构优化设计方法具有科学、周密、解算方便的特点。
This article introduced a method of optimal design of linkage,an effective mathematical model was extracted from the 3D model.Based on the mathematical models,determining the design variables,adding constraints,listing mathematical expression,then applying the computer program solver,until to obtain the optimal value of the objective function.Taking a vacuum circuit breaker model linkage as an example,the above method was used designing,and the results verified graphically to determine the optimal value.The linkage optimal design method had scientific,concise,solving convenient features.
