摘要
以65/35 T/CJ 9.0/9.0 394/374 120产品为例,分析了纬向棉球纱产生的原因。生产实践证明:棉球主要产生在细纱工序,主要原因是钢丝圈磨损。指出生产过程中应合理调配钢领、钢丝圈,适当缩短使用周期,有效降低棉球纱疵率。
Taking 65/$5 T/CJ 9.0/9.0 394/374 120 product as an example, this paper analyzes the reasons which cause balls on cotton yarn in weft direction. Production practice proved that cotton balls were mainly produced in spinning process due to ring abrasion. Thus, reasonable allocation of rings and travelers and their shorten using cycle should be adopted to effectively reduce balls on cotton yam.
