摘要
用离子色谱法分析环境样品中甲酸、乙酸、草酸 ,操作简便 ,灵敏度较好 ,线性范围宽。甲酸、乙酸、草酸的检出限分别是0.02mg/L、0.10mg/L、0.04mg/L ;样品加标回收率分别为93 %~106 %、94%~108 %、92 %~108% ;相对标准偏差分别为1.2 %、2.4%、2.7 % ;工作曲线的线性范围分别为0.00~30mg/L、0.00~30mg/L、0.00~50mg/L。该法可用于酸雨、大气、废气、地表水、地下水等环境样品中甲酸、乙酸、草酸的测定。
A method for the determination of formate, acetate and oxalate in environmental samples by ion chromatography is described. The result showed that the detection limits of the method for formate, acetate and oxalate were 0.02 mg/L, 0.10 mg/L and 0.04 mg/L; recoveries were 93%~106%, 94%~108% and 92%~109%; the RSDs were 1.2%, 2.4% and 2.7%; the linear ranges were 0.00~30 mg/L, 0.00~30 mg/L and 0.00~50 mg/L. The method is simple, rapid and reliable for determining formate, acetate and oxalate in rain, exhaust gas, surface water and ground water.
