摘要
以采用超高分子量聚乙烯纤维制作的抗剪切增稠针织物(STF)、纬平针织物和聚丙烯非织造织物复合而成的防刺层为研究对象,从织物的铺层角度和复合比例出发,探讨优化STF针织复合防刺层的防刺性能的方法。实验结果表明,STF织物层和纬平针织物层间的铺层角度均为135°时,抗穿刺性能最强;STF织物、非织造织物和纬平针织物的层数比例依次为1∶3∶2时,STF针织复合防刺层的综合性能最佳。
This paper took knitted compound stab-resistant layer which consists of STF fabric, UHMWPE weft plain fabric and PP non-woven fabric as the object of the study. The layer angle and the lay compound proportion were taken to discuss the method to optimize stab-resistant performances of STF compound stab-resistant layer. The experimental result shows that when the layer angles in both STF fabric and plain weft knitted fabrics are 135°, the compound layer has the strongest stab resistance. When the layer compound proportion of STF fabric and non-woven fabric and plain weft knitted fabric is 1 : 3 : 2, the comprehensive performances of the STF knitted compound stab-resistant layer are the best.
