摘要 采用新型含氟拒水拒油整理剂FG910及聚酯聚醚类非离子抗静电剂TF480对环卫服面料进行防水、防油、防污的复合功能性整理。经过整理的织物拒水性达到4级;抗机油渗透性合格;最优方案的拒油性达到最高值150分;摩擦感应静电压和衰减倍率均有所降低;颜色和透气性变化较小,即安全性和舒适性不受影响。10次水洗后,织物拒水性、拒油性、抗静电性无变化或变化较小,即复合整理的耐水洗性较好。 In this text, new finishing agent FG910 of water repellen & oil repelleneey and nonionic antistatic agent of plastics TF480 were use to have sanitation clothings water repellent, oil repellencey and antifouling finsihed. After finished, the water repellent reaches to level 4, the permeability of machine-oil-resistance is qualified. The optimal oil repelleneey meets the highest value of 150 points. The friction induction electrostatic pressure and the attenuation rate reduced. The change of colour and air permeability is small, not to effect the safety and comfort. After washed ten times, the water repellen, oil repellencey and antistatic property remain no change or small change, meaning its washability is better.
