在对电子横移双针床经编提花毛绒产品进行开发的基础上,针对该产品的特点,阐述了产品开发的思路,并对花型设计方法进行了详细论述,提出了花型设计中的注意事项,总结出对称花型、非对称花型和定位花型设计的规律,认为开发过程还应与新原料和染整新技术相结合。

Based on the production practices of plush fabric on double needle bed warp knitting machine with electronic shogging system and on the plush fabric characters an idea in this product developing and methods to design the patterns are detailed in this paper, pointed out attentions in the pattern design and summarized the regulations in designing symmetrical, none-symmetrical and positioning patterns. The product development should combine the use of new raw, materials and new dyeing and finishing technologies.
