In order to improve the quality of synthetic fabrics, a low temperature draw process (under 100℃) was used to get a new yarn which boiling water shrinkage ratio is above 40% by network combination. This yarn combining the excellence of fine and conventional fibers, is an appropriate material for silk like or wool like fabrics with its high shrinkage ratio and high bulked property. At the same time, the relation between the boiling water shrinkage ratio of network combination yarn and the content of POY and DTY was also discussed.
