双参胶囊毒理学安全性的研究

Stusy of toxicological security assessment on Warmen Shuangshen Capsule

目的:对威门牌双参胶囊的毒理学进行评价研究,以证实其安全性。方法:通过昆明种大鼠、SD小鼠经口急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和30天喂养试验对威门牌双参胶囊进行检测。结果:大、小鼠急性经口LD50均大于10000mg/kg.bw属无毒级。Ames试验、骨髓微核试验及小鼠精子畸形试验结果表明,该样品无致突变作用,对雄性生殖细胞无遗传毒性。结论:威门牌双参胶囊安全性好、对体细胞无致诱变及突变作用,可用于糖尿病患者辅助降血糖作用。

Objective： To investigate the edible safety of warmen shuangshen capsules through the study of the toxicology appraisal. Method： Warmen shuangshen capsules were detected through Mouse oral acute toxicity test, Ames test, bone marrow cell micronucleus test, mice sperm abnormality test and 30 -day feeding test. Result： The vaIue of LD50 for mice was more than 10000mg/ kg. bw, being invoIved in nontoxic grade. Ames test, bone marrow micronucleus test and mice sperm abnormality test results show that the product no mutagenic effect, it is no heredity toxicity to male germ cell. Conclusion： warmen shuangshen capsule has good safty, and it is non - toxic and non - mutagen for somatic cells, so it can be used in diabetic patients to regulate the blood glucose.
