脱套性断指治疗的体会

目的:探讨脱套性断指的受伤机制、损伤的特点及再植的可行性。结果:本组15例18指成活14指,功能恢复良好。结论:脱套性断指是由于环勒或有一定间隙的物体卡压并在旋转或牵拉的外力作用下产生的;血管、神经、肌腱的断面常不在一个平面上,表现为长距离的撕脱伤;在认真分析受伤机制,仔细观察伤情后,采取灵活多变的手术方法,同样会获得良好的治疗效果。

Objective： Probe into the injuring mechanism, injuring characteristics and fearibility of sheathaike tear injury severed fingers. Results： 15 out of the 18 fingers in this group of 23 cases survived with their functions well recovdred. Conclusion： Sheathaike tear injury severed fingers result from esternal rotating or toacting forces when certain dearance; normally, the sections of blood vessel, nerve, tendon are not on the same plang exhibiting a long - distance avulsion; Good therapeutic effect can be achieved by adopting flexible operating methods after serious analysis of the injuring mechanism and careful observation of the injury condition.
