摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定樟科植物银叶桂中桂皮醛含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18(250×4.6 mm,5mm);流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65),检测波长为290nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:桂皮醛在0.009487~0.9487μg范围内线性关系良好。平均回收率为99.07%(RSD=0.6%)。结论:本法简单、准确,重复性好,可用于银叶桂药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a determination method of Cinnamic aldehyde of Cinnamomum mairei Levi. by HPLC. Methods: The determination was carried out on a Diamonsil C 18 column (250 × 4.6 mm, 5mm) ; with Acetonitrile - Water solution (35 : 65 ) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 290nm. Result: The Cinnamic aldehyde linear ranger is 0. 009487 ~ 0. 9487mg. The average recoveries is 99.07% (RSD =0. 6% ). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reliable and can be used for quality control of Cinnamomum mairei Levi.
