摘要
制备了铈改性酯化催化剂CeO2-Ga2O3/硅胶,通过催化丙酸与异丁醇的酯化反应考察了其催化酯化性能,并采用IR分析对催化剂进行了表征。催化剂的适宜制备条件为CeO2∶Ga2O3∶硅胶=2.7∶20∶77.3(质量比),500℃焙烧2h。该催化剂对丙酸异丁酯的合成有良好的催化活性,0.20mol丙酸,催化剂用量1.0g,醇酸物质的量比1.4,反应时间90min,酯化率可达98.4%。
Abstract: A novel cerium modified catalyst made from Ga203 supported on silica gel was prepared and characterized by IR technique. Isobutyl propionate was synthesized from propionic acid and isobutyl alcohol with CeO2-GazO3/silica gel as the catalyst. The suitable conditions for preparation of the catalyst were: CeO2: Ga2O3 : silica gel =2.7 : 20 : 77.3(mass ratio), and calcinating at 500 ℃ for 2.0 h. The optimized conditions of synthesizing isobutyl propionate were: propionic acid 0. 20 mol, mole ratio of alcohol to acid 1. 4, catalyst dosage 1. 0 g, and reaction time 90min. The esterification rate could reach 98.4%.
