摘要
文章阐述了现行印染生产工艺和染化料助剂对环境污染的现状 ,分析探索消除这些污染的途径。通过生产实践 ,介绍适合大、中、小型印染企业生产的无碱 (少碱 )冷轧堆。
The influence of current dyeing and printing process as well as the used dyestuffs and chemicals on environment was discussed. Measures being taken to eliminate these negative influences were analysed. Through practices, three short processing techniques for pretreatment with high efficiency & less pollution were introduced. These three processes, the cold pad batch,short steaming with hot bath and steaming process with low volume of alkali or without alkali, are suitable for different dyeing & printing mills.
