摘要
饲料加工、运输过程中产生的粉尘不但对健康和环境造成巨大危害,也会损坏机械设备,更为重要的是,粉尘爆炸成为饲料加工储运企业的安全隐患,危及着人类的生命和生产的安全。根据饲料厂生产特点,应用层次分析法的原理,建立了粉尘爆炸危险性评价的层次结构模型。本文根据集对分析的基本理论,运用其同异反思想,建立了集对分析理论下的粉尘爆炸危险性等级联系度μ=a+bi+cj,讨论了同异反向量a、b、c的确定方法和不确定系数i的取值方法。并将其应用到饲料粉尘爆炸危险性的综合评判中,结果表明该方法能使评判更加客观可信。从而为政府和企业加强安全管理,进一步实现饲料工业的本质安全化提供了便利。
Feed dust harms to the health and environment,damages to facilities.Importantly,the explosion of feed dust is an incipient fault,it endangers our lives and safety of production.According to production characteristics of feed mill,evaluation system structure of dust explosion risk is built by using the principle of analytic hierarchy process.A new method to assess dust explosion risk grade,which can be described as μ=a+bi+cj,has been presented.For a,b,c,and i,the paper does much work on providing ways to identify their values.An practical example to demonstrate the calculating process shows that the method presented in this paper makes the evaluation results to be more reliable.This evaluation system will help government and enterprises to strengthen their security management,and carry out the inherent safety of feed industry.
