氢化丁腈橡胶/乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶共混胶的性能(英文)

摘要 研究了不同并用比例下氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)/乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)共混胶的物理机械性能、耐油性能、耐老化性能及动态力学性能。结果表明,HNBR和AEM具有很好的相容性,并用AEM后改善了HNBR的耐老化性能、抗压缩永久变形和低温性能。 Hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR)was prepared by selective hydriding of nitrile rubber.Because of the good heat resistance,oil resistance,abrasion resistance,HNBR was widely used in oil field and automobile industry [1].But the heat resistance of HNBR couldn't meet the requirements in rigorous environment.Ethylene acrylate rubber (AEM) had excellent heat resistance and good comprehensive performance.In this paper,Effect of AEM on performance of HNBR blends were investigated.
