摘要
组建参考咨询团队是高校图书馆创新服务的重要举措之一。文章在阐述参考咨询团队和知识共享概念的基础上,对两者之间的关系进行了分析,指出参考咨询团队在实现知识共享过程中存在的障碍,并提出相应的解决措施。
The construction of reference team is one of the important measures to carry out innovative service in university libraries.Based on the concepts of the reference team and knowledge sharing,this article makes an analysis of the relationships between the two,points out the obstacles to hinder the realization of knowledge sharing,and propose some corresponding measures.
