图书馆个性化信息服务中的用户隐私保护研究

On the protection of users' privacy in the personalized information service of libraries

文章简要介绍了隐私的内容、图书馆个性化信息服务的内涵和方式,分析了图书馆在提供个性化信息服务过程中潜藏的用户隐私被侵犯的风险,并从法律、软件技术、馆员、用户四个方面提出防止用户隐私被侵犯的策略。

This paper makes an brief introduction to the contents of users＇ privacy and the connotation and forms of the personalized information service of libraries and analyzes the risks of the infringement of the users＇ privacy which are caused by the personalized information service from the four aspects： law,software technology,librarians and users.Some tactics to avoid the infringement of users＇ privacy are also proposed in the paper.
