摘要
随着流程工业的快速发展,设备维护系统在生产过程中的地位日益受到重视。为了克服传统的定期维修的不足,本文提出了一种基于无线振动检测的设备维护系统.文中介绍了系统的组成和各部分的功能,包括无线振动检测仪表、WIA无线通信网络、智能故障诊断专家系统。
With the fast developing of process industry, equipment maintenance systems are getting more and more attention. In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional Time-Based-Maintenance strategies, this paper introduces a equipment maintenance system based on wireless vibration sensing. The structure and function of main subsystems, including wireless vibration meter, WIA wireless communication network and intelligent fault diagnosis expert system, are discussed.
