中国广西副沙鳅属鱼类一新种的描述(鲤形目:鳅科)

摘要 记述了采自广西壮族自治区都安县城红水河的副沙鳅属一新种:短吻副沙鳅(Parabotia brevirostris Zhu&Zhu sp.nov),该种区别于属内已知种的特征为:吻较短,稍短于眼后头长;尾柄高,尾柄高大于尾柄长;眼间距宽,头长为眼间距的3.2~3.5倍;头部背面和侧面,体侧侧线以下具圆形斑点。新种取吻短而得名。 In this paper, a new species of Parabotia : Parabotia brevirostris Zhu & Zhu, sp. nov. was reported. It was collected from the Hongshui river (the Pearl river drainage) in Du'an County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. The new species is distinguished from all other species of Parabotia by the following characters : Its snout is shorter than the head length after eye ; caudal - peduncle depth is longer than its length ; the ratio of head length/interorbital width is 3.2 - 3.5 ; there are many round spots on head hack, behind and under lateral line. It got the name from brevirostris.
