摘要
针对光学位移台的运动控制要求,设计出一套基于单片机的步进电机驱动控制系统。单片机采用C8051F310,步进电机驱动器采用A3992,单片机通过RS485总线接收上位机命令,并通过SPI总线控制步进电机驱动器A3992的工作模式,通过软件程序实现了步进电机细分运动和S曲线运动,充分满足了光学位移台运行平稳、噪音低、定位精度高的控制要求。
According to the requirement of the motion control of optical translation stages,a step motor driver system was designed based on a single chip microcontroller(SCM).The paper introduces the basic characters of the SCM C8051F310 and the stepper motor driver chip A3992.The SCM receives the control commands via RS485 bus,and controls the working mode of the A3992 through SPI bus.The function of the subdivision and S-shape trajectory movement was realized in the software program,which fully meets the control requirements of smooth,low noise and high positioning precision for the optical translation stages.
