摘要
针对印尼褐煤的物料特性,利用蒸汽管回转干燥机对其进行不同温度,不同粒度的干燥特性研究。试验结果表明,煤粉粒径为0~20 mm范围时干燥效果较好;工业干燥机的停留时间应在45 min左右;根据试验机传热系数放大后得到工业干燥机的传热系数为94W/(m2.K);干燥过程对煤具有一定的破碎作用,干燥尾气当中不含可燃物质,生产中控制氧含量即可满足安全生产的要求。
According to material properties of Indonesia lignite, drying characteristics of different temperatures and different grain size with steam tube rotary dryer were studied. Experimental results showed that lignite with particle size for the 0 -20 mm range had good drying effect. Lignite should stay at around 45 min in industrial dryers. The industrial dryer coefficient of heat transfer was 94 W/( m2·K) according to the test machine coefficient of heat transfer. Dry exhaust gas without flammable substances, which can meet requirements of safety in production by controlling oxygen content. Lignite can be smashed to pieces a certain extent during the drying process.
