摘要
研究了以高胶粉(HR181)为载体、以四溴双酚A(TBBPA)和三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)为阻燃剂,分别制备出TBBPA质量分数为80%的阻燃母粒(FRMHR1)和TBBPA/Sb2O3质量分数为80%的复配阻燃母粒(FRMHR1S),其中TBBPA和Sb2O3质量配比为3:1。并考察了两种阻燃母粒对阻燃ABS的力学性能、流动性、阻燃性及耐热性的影响。实验结果表明,使用溴系阻燃ABS母粒在不降低其各项使用性能的前提下,制备的阻燃ABS粒子及制品具有阻燃稳定性好,冲击强度高。同时还具有使用便利、耐黄变性能更优及节能环保等优点。
Flame retardant masterbatch of ABS was prepared respectively with ABS powder (HR181 ) as matrix, tet- rabromobisphenol bisphenol- A (TBBPA) and antimony white (Sb203) as complex flame retardant. The formed bromi- nated flame retardant masterbatch contained 80% TBBPA which named FRMHR1, or complex flame retardant masterbatch contained 60% TBBPA and 20% Sb203 named FRMHR1S, rectectively. Meanwhile, the mechanical properties, flow- ability, flame retardaney and heat resistance effects of flame retardant ABS were investinated. The test results showed the flame retardant masterbatch of ABS had the characteristics as using conveniently, yellowing resistance, good effectiveness of flame retardance, energy conservation and environmental friendly.
