摘要
通过酯交换法,以甲醇和碳酸丙烯酯为原料,反应精馏合成碳酸二甲酯,用CHS作催化剂,考察了原料配比、催化剂用量等因素对反应转化率的影响,以及催化剂用量对丙二醇收率的影响。通过双塔联用进一步提高碳酸丙烯酯的转化率。
Dimethyl carbonate(DMC) was synthesized by transesterification of propylene carbonate (PC) with metha- nol in the presence of CHS catalyst under reactive distillation condition. The main effect factors of reaction, catalyst content and ratio of materials, and the influence of the dosage of catalyst on the yield of propylene alcohol, were investigated. Further more, the united process of reaction and distillation was beneficial to the conversion enhancing effect of PC.
