摘要
结合马钢煤焦化新区分厂2×70孔7.63 m焦炉五年多生产经验,就现有煤源情况下求该炉型吨焦煤耗的估算值和实际煤耗.并进行了细致的系统分析;提出可能影响吨焦煤耗因素,针对性的进行系统优化来实现生产经济收益最大化。
Combination of Masteel new coking - plant more than five years experience in the production of 2 × 70 holes 7.63 m coke oven, the existing coal source case and the furnace type tons of coke consumption estimates and the ac- tual coal consumption were analyzed systematically. The factors effecting the coke consumption were proposed, and through the system optimization, the economic benefits of the production would be maximized.
