摘要
HXN3机车轴箱体由于具有复杂的三维曲面设计结构,采用传统的二维工程图进行铸造工艺及模具设计与制造,设计与制造周期长、模具尺寸精度低,尤其对于复杂三维曲面结构,模具制造时极为困难。现尝试应用UG软件CAD/CAM技术,用HXN3机车轴箱体三维实体设计模型进行铸造工艺和模具三维设计,并通过对UG数控加工编程技术及后处理功能的开发,完成了HXN3机车轴箱体模具数控加工。实践证明,该技术具有铸造工艺设计图形直观、便于工艺分析,有利于铸造工艺的模拟和模具的设计、数控加工等。并可提高铸造模具制造效率和精度,缩短产品开发周期,满足铸件尺寸精度要求,该技术的应用将为铸造工艺设计和模具制造提供一新的方法和手段。
The structure of HXN3 locomotive bearing adapter is composed by a set of 3D bend surfaces.It is difficult to do casting,mould design and mould manufacturing while using 2D drawing based technology,which caused a long cycle and a low precision level.By applying UG software,a 3D model of HXN3 locomotive bearing adapter is proposed to do casting and mould design in this paper.A digital casting processing of HXN3 locomotive bearing adapter mould is performed with developing NC process and the postprocessor function of UG software.It has been found that this technology can provide intuitionistic drawings which is convient for technology analysis,simulation of casting process,mould design and NC process.By applying this new approach on casting technology design and mould manufacturing,the level of efficiency is improved,the dimensional precision is satisfied,and the development cycle is shortened.
