摘要
HXD3型机车投入使用后,相应的机车救援技术措施和设备也要配套,如何在现有技术条件下解决救援工作中的难题,为此提出了根据HXD3型电力机车的结构特点,确定合适的顶复位置,设计起复救援顶托加固装置,将车钩楔紧固定,并在车钩钩体部位设置顶起支座,将二者有机结合,快速实现HXD3型电力机车的起复救援。同时结合现场实践,对机车走行部轴承固死问题提出救援方案,达到解决HXD3型电力机车救援工作中的问题。
As HXD3 locomotive has been put into operation,the corresponding locomotive rescue technical measures and equipment should be also supported.In oder to solve the rescue work difficult problem in existed technical conditions,put forward the research,according to the structure characteristics of HXD3 electric locomotive,determine the appropriate jacking location,design lifting rescue jack reinforce device to fix the coupler,and set top bearing on top of the coupler bodies to combine the two,fast implementation of HXD3 electric locomotive ＇s lifting rescue.And combining with practice,the bearing of locomotive running gear solid die problem proposed rescue plan,to solve the HXD3 electric locomotive＇s rescue work problems.
