摘要
建立左金丸及其类方的HPLC指纹图谱.用RP-HPLC法,乙腈(A)-水(B)(含0.06%冰醋酸,10 mmol/L醋酸铵)为流动相,梯度洗脱,并对其相似度比较分析.研究结果表明:配伍比例的不同可导致物质基础存在显著差异性.为左金丸及其类方的质量控制提供依据.
To set up the HPLC fingerprint of Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes. The fingerprint of Zuojin pill andits similar formulaes were determined by RP - HPLC, acetonitrile （A） - water （B） （including 0.06% glacial ace-tic acid, lOmmoL/L ammonium acetate） as mobile phase and gradient elution. The similarity was analysed as well.Different compatibility proportion can lead to the significant difference in material foundation and serve as a qualitycontrol method for Zuojin pill and its similar formulaes.
