摘要
为实现齿轮精度设计的自动化和智能化,基于嵌入式技术开发了计算机辅助齿轮精度设计系统,给出了嵌入式计算机辅助圆柱齿轮精度设计系统的总体框架,研究了齿轮精度设计中的关键技术和嵌入式计算机辅助齿轮精度设计系统的实现技术。实例验证结果表明:所开发的系统具有操作简单、能快速准确地进行齿轮的精度设计。该系统的研究为齿轮设计的自动化和智能化创造了条件,具有较好的工程应用价值。
To realize the automation and intellectualization of gears precision design,a computer aided gears precision design system based on embedded technology is developed,which framework is presented.Then the key technology and the realization technology of the embedded computer aided gears precision design system are studied.The result shows that the developed system is characterized with its simple operation and rapid,accurate precision design for gear.Therefore the research can create the conditions for the automation and intellectualization of the gear design with better engineering application values.
