搅拌输送车搅拌筒快速优化设计

摘要 搅拌筒是混凝土搅拌输送车的重要部件,拌筒叶片设计计算复杂,图纸绘制的工作量大。根据优化设计理论建立拌筒结构优化模型,对拌筒尺寸进行优化;基于SolidWorks中相应的特征绘制函数进行二次开发,通过程序代码实现特征的创建;将螺旋叶片在搅拌筒的不同部位进行分段,结合程序运算每段数据,对螺旋叶片分别进行造型设计和拟合,最终得到两条准确的螺旋叶片。实际计算表明本方法有效可行,实现了通过拌筒的设计参数进行筒体和螺旋线的快速优化设计。 The mixing drum is an important part of the concrete mixer truck,which vanes are very complicated in design and calculation with a large amount of plotting work being involved.First a drum structural optimizing model is built in accordance with the optimizing theory,which dimension is optimized.Then function curve is plotted based on the relative characteristics in SolidWorks so that secondary development can be further done and the characteristics creation is realized through the program code.Then the spiral vane is segmented at different parts of the drum and data for each segment are calculated combine the program.Meanwhile style design and fitting for the vanes is made respectively to acquire two accurate vanes finally.The actual calculation indicates that the method is feasible and rapid optimization design for drum and spiral helical curve is achieved through parameters design of the mixing drum.
