摘要
针对某冷轧厂镀锌线光整机下支承辊表面振纹问题,经过现场振动测试,初步确定了振源。建立可涵盖外界冲击载荷的机座动力学模型,并进行参数激振仿真,定量分析了传动轴轴套与支承辊扁头在不同装配间隙下的冲击力对辊系运动状态的影响。通过对仿真结果的分析,确定了既满足正常生产也能保证换辊效率的最大装配间隙。生产实践证明了工作的有效性。
Based on chatter marks of backup roll of skin pass mill of CGL in cold rolling mill,vibration source is confirmed after field vibration test.And a dynamical model on vertical vibration system of the stand including external excitation force is established to quantificationally analyze the influence of impact force on motion of the rolls under different assembly clearance between the gear spindle sleeve and the head of backup roll.Maximum assembly clearance meeting both regular production and efficiency of roll changing is found after analyzing the result of simulation.The productive practice demonstrates the work effectiveness.
