学习动机对大学英语学习的影响的初步探析

On the Influence of Learning Motives upon College English Learning

学习动机已不是一个新的话题,许多学者已经对学习动机这个概念做了大量的研究与探讨并取得了很多成果。然而,从总体上说,这些研究主要集中于以中、小学生为研究对象,在大学生英语学习的学习动机领域,人们研究的并不是很多。而事实上,大学生的英语学习仍然存在不少的问题,大学生的英语学习动机对他们的学习又产生了很大的影响。因此,研究大学生学习英语的动机问题在英语学习的理论与实践中都具有重要的作用。

Many scholars have made many studies on learning motives and have had lots of research achievements.These studies are mainly on primary and middle school students,as on college students,very few.However,there are many problems in college students＇ English learning,whose learning motives have great influence upon their English learning.It is of great importance to study college students＇ learning motives in the theory study and practice of English learning.
