To Promote Industrial Structure Optimization and Accelerate Economic Development Mode Transformation in the New Period

当前,我国正处在中等收入转型的新的重要时期,促进产业结构优化升级,加快转变经济发展方式仍然是关键所在。在新时期,推动产业结构优化升级面临的主要难题是产业结构不协调,内部结构不合理;产业结构趋同化严重,分工协作程度弱化;产业缺乏创新能力,整体竞争力偏低。我国应充分发挥蕴含拉动经济增长的内需潜力,加快构建现代产业体系,大力支持战略性新兴产业的发展,加快推进体制创新,为促进产业结构优化升级创造制度条件。

China is now in the new middle-income transition period,so it is still the key point to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and to accelerate the economic structure transformation.In this new period,the principal issues hindering the upgrading of industrial structure include the uncoordinated industrial structure with improper internal structures,the serious assimilation of structures with lessened cooperation among labor divisions,and the lack of innovation capability in industries with weak overall competitiveness.To create system advantages for the promotion of industrial structure upgrade,China should give full play to the domestic demand which is potential to fuel economic growth,speed up modern industrial system construction,vigorously support the development of strategic burgeoning industries,and boost system innovation.
