摘要
进入新世纪以来我国将服务外包业作为新的经济增长点而大力鼓励和支持。在服务外包业的发展中人才是关键。建立一套符合我国国情的服务外包人才培养模式,是我国发展服务外包业目前面临的重大挑战之一。从我国国情出发,应该在充分发挥政府主导作用的前提下,建立由高校、企业和社会力量共同参与的"三位一体"式服务业外包人才培养模式。政府的职责是通过制定行之有效的人才培养方针和政策,发挥牵头、组织和协调功能,高校、企业、社会力量做到有机分工,密切合作,从而加快服务外包业人才的培养。
Since the beginning of the new century,China has taken measures to encourage and support service outsourcing as its new economic growth point.As personnel training is the key to successful service outsourcing,to establish a training mode that applicable to the national conditions is a serious challenge to China.Taking into account of the conditions of the country,we should give full play to the governmental guidance and set up service outsourcing personnel training mode combining forces from colleges,enterprises and the society.In order to accelerate the training process,the government should play the roles of initiation,organization and coordination by formulating effective personnel training principles and policies;while colleges,enterprises and social powers should divide their work organically and cooperate closely.
