摘要
MBA目标是培养优秀职业素质、良好职业道德和熟练职业技能的管理人才。经济发展和全球化使得外界环境变化加快,企业面对的问题日趋复杂,对管理人才素质提出了更高的要求,因而要求MBA教学模式上必须突破注重理论教学的传统方式,采取主题主讲讨论式、典型案例分析式、研究参与式、沙盘实战模拟式、合作教师及建立联合培养基地等多种教学模式,以使MBA人才培养目标能更好的满足经济社会发展需求。
The goal of the MBA program is to cultivate the management personnel of good professional quality,professional ethics and proficient skills.As economic development and globalization has sped up the change of external environment,enterprises see increasingly complicated problems and put forward requests for high quality management personnel.Thus,in order to satisfy the need of economic and social development in terms of personnel training,the traditional teaching model of MBA must be broken,which focuses on theoretical teaching,with various other teaching models as options,including giving a lecture on themes followed by discussion,analyzing typical cases,research participation,sand table real situation simulation,cooperative teachers and joint training bases.
