摘要 丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(Mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPK)信号途径存在于所有生物体内的大多数细胞中,是真核生物细胞重要的信号转导通路,调节不同的进程,包括增殖、分化以及凋亡。近年来很多研究认为MAPK信号转导通路可能参与肿瘤化疗耐药,其作用机制可能是调控耐药相关基因和蛋白的表达,通过对该通路的干预可以提高肿瘤的化疗敏感性,从而逆转化疗耐药。该文主要对MAPK信号转导通路与肿瘤多药耐药关系的研究进展综述如下。 Mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) signaling pathway exists in the majority of all cells in organism,which is an important signal transduction pathways in eukaryotic cells,regulating different processes,including proliferation,differentiation,and apoptosis.In recent years,many studies suggest that MAPK signaling pathway have been implicated in the response of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs resistance,and its mechanism may be regulation of resistance-associated gene and protein expression,through the intervention of the pathway can increase tumor sensitivity to chemotherapy,thereby reversing chemotherapy drugs resistance.This review focuses on the relationship between MAPK pathway and multidrug resistance.
