摘要
近些年,蜂产品中各种抗生素残留严重。抗生素的残留,对人体产生了严重的副作用,同时也阻碍了蜂产品的出口,因此蜂蜜中残留抗生素的研究备受社会广泛关注。该文简述了蜂蜜中抗生素残留的原因,常见残留抗生素的种类,以及目前国内外检测蜂蜜中残留抗生素的一些主要方法,并阐述了各检测方法的优缺点,同时展望了蜂蜜中抗生素残留检测技术的未来发展趋势。
In recent years,a variety of antibiotics residues in honey are serious.Antibiotic residues not only have a serious impact on human health,but also hinder the export of honey products.Thus,the studies of antibiotic residues in honey are public concerns.This paper outlines the reasons for antibiotic residues in honey,common types of antibiotic residues,and the current domestic and international detection methods of antibiotic residues in honey.Meanwhile,it describes the advantages and disadvantages of some main methods,and prospects future trends of the detection of antibiotic residues in honey.
