影像学检查在特发性腹膜后纤维化诊断中的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨特发性腹膜后纤维化的CT、MRI及PET表现和诊断。方法回顾性分析9例特发性腹膜后纤维化患者的CT、MRI及PET影像资料。结果 CT、MRI及PET影像,9例IRF患者均表现为腹主动脉周围不规则软组织密度灶,伴周围脏器受压。所有患者均出现一侧或双侧输尿管上段扩张、积水。增强扫描病灶呈轻~中度强化;PET上FDG摄取异常增高。结论特发性腹膜后纤维化(IRF)起病隐匿,早期临床表现无特异性。CT、MRI及PET表现有一定特征性,是诊断和疗效判断的主要检查方法。 Objective To explore manifestation and diagnosis of the idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis by CT,MRI and PET.Methods CT,MRI and PET images were analyzed retrospectively from 9 patients with idiopathic retroperitoneal fibrosis.Results From the CT,MRI and PET images of 9 IRF patients the irregular masses encased the abdominal aortic in the retroperitoneal space were all showed,with surrounding viscera density under pressure.Unilateral or bilateral ureteral hydronephrosis were presented in all cases.With enhanced scanning such lesions were slight to moderate.FDG was uptaken abnormally on PET.Conclusion IRF onset is under delitesence and early clinical manifestations are nonspecific.CT,MRI and PET performances have certain characteristic and these are the main methods in diagnosing and judging the effect.
