摘要
目的探讨电话指导自我管理对改善骨关节炎患者疗效的影响。方法 172骨关节炎患者随机分为电话指导管理组、健康教育组和常规治疗组,VAS标准评估所有患者基线和12月后20 m步行痛、关节触痛、WOMAC骨关节炎指数。结果在12月后电话指导组、健康教育组和常规治疗组三组患者20 m步行痛程度、关节触痛、WOMAC(VAS法)均较基线时有明显改善(P<0.05)。12月后电话指导组的20 m步行痛程度、关节触痛、WOMAC(VAS)均较常规治疗组有明显改善(P<0.05)。与健康教育组和常规治疗组比较,电话指导管理组患者依从性明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电话指导骨关节炎患者自我管理,提高了患者的依从性及临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the phone guide self-management to improve the therapeutic effect in patients with osteoarthritis.Methods A hundred and ninety-two patients with osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the phone guide self management group,health education group and conventional treatment group.VAS standard evaluation was made of all patients at baseline and after 12 weeks of 20m walking pain,joint tenderness,WOMAC osteoarthritis index.Results 12 months after in the phone guide self-management group,20 m walk,joint tenderness,WOMAC(VAS) of patients improved significantly when compared with baseline(P0.05).Compared with the other two groups,patients in the phone guide self-management group had higher compliance,which has a significant difference.Conclusion Telephone guide self-management can improve the efficacy in patients with osteoarthritis.
