我院降糖药物的应用分析

Hypoglycemic drug application in a hospital of Anhui province

目的了解该院降糖药物的使用情况。方法采用金额排序法、用药频度排序法、限定日费用,对该院2006～2010年使用降糖药物的品种、销售金额和用药频度进行统计分析。结果该院主要降糖药物有胰岛素、磺酰脲类、双胍类三类药,用药频度位居前3位分别磺酰脲类、胰岛素、双胍类。结论该院降糖药的使用基本合理,做到了有效、安全、经济用药。

Objective To understand antidiabetic drug usage.Methods The amount sorting method,DDDs sorting method,defined daily cost were used to analyze the use of antidiabetic drugs,sales sum and DDDs from 2006 to 2010 in Tongling Fourth Hospital.Results The main three hypoglycemic medicines were insulin,sulfonylurea,double guanidine.DDDs ranking at the top were respectively the sulfonylurea,insulin,double guanidine.Conclusion Hypoglycemic drug use is reasonable,effective,and safe.
