The Problems of Foreign Trade Intellectual Property Protection in Xinjiang

随着新疆对外贸易的快速发展和不断深入,对外开放的硬、软环境日益改善,对外贸易知识产权保护问题也逐步开始显现端倪。发展扩大新疆对外贸易,离不开双边和多边知识产权的保护与合作。新疆既要完善贸易服务体系和法制建设以及合作机制建设,也要加大知识产权保护力度,更要从新疆自身做起,完善出口企业和政府两个方面的知识产权保护要素,从而为进一步建立和完善新疆对外贸易知识产权战略打下基础。

As the foreign trade in Xinjiang is developing rapidly and intensively,the hard and soft environments for opening up are improving,the problems of intellectual property protection on foreign trade are also emerging.The development of foreign trade in Xinjiang closely relates to the protection and cooperation of bilateral and multilateral intellectual property.In order to further establish and perfect intellectual property strategies for foreign trade,the government should complete the trade service system,legal system and the construction of cooperation mechanism;intensify intellectual property protection;starting from the government itself,perfect the intellectual property protection elements both from export enterprises and the government.
