摘要
目前,我国部分企业集团资金管理比较分散,没有形成集中的资金管理系统,使整个企业集团融资难度加大、资金使用率降低、资金运作风险提高。无论是从企业集团的角度还是从成员企业的角度看,只有通过建立结算中心整合企业集团范围内的资金,实施对资金的统一调度、管理、运用和监控,才能提高资金使用效率,降低财务成本和资金风险,从而保证企业集团生产经营的稳定。
Some domestic enterprise groups manage their fund in a disperse way without a centralized fund management system,intensifying the financing difficulty,decreasing the fund utilization efficiency,and increasing the fund operation risks.From the viewpoints of both enterprise groups and the component enterprises,only by establishing accounting centers to integrate the enterprise-wide fund,to arrange,manage,operate and supervise the fund could an enterprise group improve the fund effectiveness,lower the financial costs and capital risks,so as to ensure the stability of management and operation.
