Practice and Cognition of Safety Technological Training for Special Operation Personnel in Changqing Oilfield

特种作业人员培训教育是油田安全生产基础管理的一项重要内容,是提高员工安全意识和操作技能的重要途径,在油田发展建设中发挥着越来越重要的作用。分析了油田特种作业人员培训工作的现状,探讨了加快软硬件建设、完善培训体系、创新培训方法、突出"三个贴近"等主要做法,并对今后进一步加强油田特种作业人员培训提出了看法与建议。

The training education of special operation personnel is one important part in the basic management of oilfields safety pro- duction, and is also one important approach to improving the safety consciousness and operation technology of staffs, and thus takes more and more important role in the construction of oilfield development. This paper analyzes the status of training work for oilfield special operation personnel, and discusses some working approaches and experiences of accelerating software and hardware construction, perfecting the training system, creating the training methods and highlighting ＂Three Closing＂. Meanwhile, some views and suggestions are put forward on how to strengthen the training work for special operation personnel of oilfields further in the future.
